С новым счастьем! (1999)

Overview

Husbands sometimes leave their wives, and wives sometimes leave their husbands. That's life. For some, it's a relief; for others, it's a tragedy. For the film's heroine, the separation from her husband was a huge stress, as she had been selflessly in love with her chosen one. Her friends offer various ways to get her husband back, but none of them work for our heroine—she's fundamentally incapable of lying or pretending. And most importantly, she'll never be able to deceive herself. The woman understands well that love is dead and there's nothing she can do about it. But it's true that the most incredible wishes come true on New Year's. And the abandoned wife learns this firsthand—just when she thought life had lost all meaning.
