The King's Guard: Serving the Crown (2023)

Overview

This series goes behind the scenes for the first time to the elite regiments of the British Army's Household Division, in one of the busiest years in its 350-year history.Known as the King‘s Guard' the soldiers serve a dual role. Their sworn duty is to protect the Monarch and the State - as masters of state ceremony and tradition as well as being a modern fighting force. This series enters both worlds with privileged access as the Household Division prepares to serve the Crown in both its "red" (ceremonial) and "green" (combat) roles.
