Overview

A terrorist attack is taking place in a huge commercial building in the Northern capital. The explosion takes the life of a former colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named Ignatiev. In search of just retribution, his old friend, FSB Major Andrei Devyatov, takes over the investigation of the incident.
