Overview

Colonel Victor Rastorgouev with the family included in the witness protection program: not to be calculated, it is compelled to change the city, apartments, families, biography. Axially in a small town in the north of Russia, Rastorguev struggling to forget the past and start a new life, but the injustice and crime are everywhere. To feed his family, Victor is ready to take on any job. Once again a neighbor in the stairwell offered Rastorguev organize a small auto repair. He agreed, but their business suddenly became the focus of local gangster shootouts.Rastorguev would have to stand up for the interests of his family. And when in town start to sound and the shots of the bandits killed ordinary citizens, Rastorguev understands that just can not stay away. He knows that this time he would have to act solely as a private person and hardly get to keep within the law.
